I want to start off by saying how sorry I am that I missed posting here for the last 2 weeks...
My computer died and it has been in the shop and I just got it back this week. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad that fixed it for me....The computer decided to go bad just as I sat down and booted up to get start on work...
The good thing is that I had backed up everything and it was all saved so I did not loose any work...Yes I am nuts when it comes to back up and I do it every few days just in case...
It was weird not having the computer around. I had gotten out of the groove of stuff because I had a routine and it was stuff I had been doing for a long time now...
I had to go back to editing by hand on paper..I'd printed out a few stories before to work on and that came in handy....
So have you had your computer die on you? What did you do when the computer was gone?
I don't think I would be such a huge deal if I did not use the computer for my work but when you are an author you really need to have a working computer...
So tell me your computer horror stories.....
